You need to give her time and space and it’s up to her if she wants to be back in contact with you. But she is probably so hurt now that nothing you can say or do is going to change anything, and will even push her further away from you.
if you really want her back you need to fight for her. tell her how you feel and let her know what you are thinking. but dont do that again if you get back with her. and dont play games, it is worth it just to be upfront with whoever you are with.
