Nope, nothing will happen as long as her parents won’t press charges and she has parents consent.
I dont live where they live. i live in MI but yes he could go to jail for that, unless she turns 16 soon.

its possible where im from even if parents approve. the state will take over and push the issue i dont know what the law is in pennsylvania though and no offense but what kind of parents approve of a 15 year getting pregnant
No of course not if the parents are supporting her then its ok but to take pre-caution they should get married and then do whatever they want
Well yeah he could if the police found out. But if the parents are okay with it then most likely no one will go to the police. It would probably be better to keep a low profile on the fact that he is 18 at least until she turns 16 which is the legal age of consent for Pennsylvania.
If someone else went to the police that he is 18 and she is 15 there is a chance he could get in trouble for it. It is illegal for an 18 year old to have *** with a person under the age of consent. Even if the parents approve. It is just less likely that the law will find out if the parents are okay with it.
Why would anyone want a kid at 15? I dont get it what do they have to offer this kid? She cant even get a job at 15? But I guess if you have parents who support you planning on getting pregnant at 15 your pretty much doomed anyway…and on that note even if her parents agree in almost any state they would get charged by child protective services for neglect/ failure to protect. Pretty trashy if you ask me
no he shouldn’t as long as the parents agree but doesn’t she know that a baby is expensive as well as a big change in her life but happy for her

in pennsylvania, the girl (victim) is supposed to be under 16 and the guy is supposed to be four years older than her for there to be any type of statuory rape, so he would be saved by one year
Yes, if the State should chose to press charges of corrupting a minor or statutory **** the State could do so despite the approval of the parents.
Suggest they get permission to get married.
Happened to a guy I know, he ended fleeing to Utah where he could legally marry his 14 year old pregnant bride because the State found that he had violated both civil law and Military law.

The state would press charges if he was identified. She’d have to say that she didn’t know who the father was. The legal age of consent is 16, so only the parents could do something once she turns that age. If they’re supportive it’s all good if you think teenager trying to have babies is cool. I think it’s seriously stupid. Accidents do happen but for a kid who’s still in school and doesn’t have a job to wake up and say I WANNA HAVE A BABYYY! makes me question their sanity….

As long as no one reports it, then he’ll be fine. A lot of teens their age have *** and many that do get in legal trouble do so because of idiot parents who think they are justified in ruining someone’s life.
But, your friend is not smart because at 15 she does not have the money to raise a child. She can provide love and such, but as for money, it will be a huge burden on her parents which is unfair to them.
I’m not sure about Pennsylvania, but he could get into trouble. There was a case where a 17 year old had consensual *** with a 15 year old and went to jail for it. They ended up clearing it from his record, but it could and does happen. If the parents approve though, it should be fine. I’m not exactly sure though.

If her parents are supportive and don’t press charges then its doubtful…however it is still POSSIBLE since that is technically statutory ****.
However…I would strongly advise your 15 year old friend NOT to have a kid. She is 15…..she has like 20 years ahead of her to reproduce. I have been in that situation when I was 16 I REALLY wanted a baby…when I married my husband I REALLY wanted a baby…I just overall REALLY wanted a baby
But if I had had a baby when I was 16…I wouldn’t be in college, I wouldn’t have been able to move out of my parents house, etc.
My husband also would have had a harder time joining the military (his dream career)…so you see it can really ***** up future plans.
Not to mention girls that have children younger than 16/17 are at risk for SO many pregnancy complications like preterm labor, premature birth, low birth weight babies, spontaneous abortion, down syndrome, etc….its not responsible to bring a baby into the world in an unhealthy and/or under-developed body, let alone a teenage living situation.
The legal age of consent in the majority of the US is 16 so, ya – he would go to jail if he got her pregnant and someone found about. And for those of you who think the parents have to press charges you’re wrong. If there’s a teacher who knows she’s 15 and dating an 18 year old then they can report it to the authorities who can then press charges (especially if she’s pregnant).
Also, I would seriously suggest they try watching “baby borrowers”. Having a kid is a serious decision to make and at 18 & 15 they’re in no position to be having one.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say she’s probably expecting that the state and federal government will foot the bill for this? That she’ll get federal housing, health care, and food stamps? How selfish can a person be to have a baby just cause they want it, yet can’t provide it with a secure place in this world for it? Your friend is being totally selfish….but that’s what teenagers are.

Depending on your state laws, it could go either way. Have you talked to a lawyer about it? Because if the parents change their mind, he could very well face charges. What I’d like to know is why wouldn’t they wait until she’s 18, when she’s stopped reaching puberty herself.
That is so young. If I were him I would be very weary despite the parents support.
